Try revlon colorstay whipped creme foundation. It gives coverage but isnt cakey at all, the finish is natural. Don't overdo the powder! And make sure you blend the foundation into your skin well, use your clean fingers if it gives you more control. :)

Apply a light moisterizer a primer or both give it a few minutes to soak in and dry put the foundation all over your face be sure to blend, blend, blend... let dry. use the powder on areas that get oily only..nose chin forehead again blend it all in w a big powder brush. agree w a setting spray Mac makes one but I don't recommend it if your skin is oily prone. if that the case urban decay makes a few. the one I can't remember the name but its to help w oil. hope this helps

I mix a little Hard Candy Glamoflauge (a $6 tattoo concealer, HEAVY DUTY!) and use that all over my face, that gives full coverage while feeling/looking like just face lotion! :)
That's my biggest trick haha, for eyes I just used the black shade in a $3 wet n wild trio and blended it up to the crease. Line the waterline halfway, smudge black under. The $2 magic mascara helped me out!

I think it is part foundation and part application. I use revlon colorstay, and just like with any other foundation it gave me a cake face when I applied it with my flat top brush. If you really want to look natural use your fingers. Make sure they're clean though!:)

Make sure you are only putting foundation on where you need it. you don't have to apply it all over, its a good thing to let you skin actually show a little bit. try water based foundation or mix your current one with some lotion and make a "tinted moisturizer" version of your foundation. use a blending sponge really helps to make it all blend and try a foundation that has a little less of a yellow tint to it. I suggest going to a dept store and trying out some foundations to help you out. its definitely not easy to get the color right when you can't see it on your skin.

Another thougth I had, make sure you use an oil free moisturizer before foundation. if you don't, your pores start producing oil because it thinks your skin is dry. let it dry for 10mins then blot an extra off with some tissue. also remember foundation is supposed to even out your skin tone. don't use it to cover up dark spots and blemishes, thats what concealer is for so make sure its a super thin layer and let that dry before applying powder. hope that helps you some!
