What are your thoughts?? A fun risk or a nightmare?!
I think it is fun to wear once in a while with a simple eye.
I do not wear it to school or really out, but its fun to have and put on once in a while, maybe if you are going out for the night and want to experiment!

Definitely a fun risk! I like to do a super dark, vampy purple lipstick sometimes. It's so close to black, but not quite. It's fun to wear to shows and stuff like that!

I used to wear super dark purple alllll the time. I miss it *sigh* Also I have a dark yet bright green. I saw screw it wear it and be happy!

My boyfriend goes crazy when I wear black lipstick. He LOVES it! I've only had the courage to wear it on Halloween, though. Since I am pale with black hair I already get called a vampire enough without throwing in black lipstick, too. I'm considering really dark reds, to ease myself into it, though. I dunno. Just starting to play with lipstick colors.

I personally love black lipstick! Yes it can get messy but then again so can any other lipstick! Especially red which is worn regularly by a lot of people.

I love a black lip. Some people think it makes people look "dead". I love it regardless. The only thing I'm agitated with is the difficulty finding a decent black (or any other vampy color) lipstick where I live. Only time I can find black is when it's $0.99 in October >.<

Sinful colors used to sell make up in like fred meyer. The lipsticks are pretty creamy with bold colors. That was my black until someone broke it. And I ALWAYS wore their purple it was my standy for a very long time.

Rimmel has a 6hr glossy gloss that's called black diva. I love it. I figure, I can line my lips and fill them in with a black liner, and pop the gloss on top.

Barry M, Models Own and Illamasqua have really great quality 'out there' lipstick shades, including black! I've never tried it, but I think it would look really cool with editorial, edgy looks :P

that would depend on the look yo are trying to achive. It CAN be fun, but it CAN be tacky as well. Be carefull how you wear it.
