I like MAC "Touch". Its not a matte so it doesn't dry out the lips.

One of my favorite combos at the moment is MAC's Cork lip liner with Revlon's Lip Butter in Creamsicle. On its own, Creamsicle is WAY too pale for me, but with Cork lip liner, it gives definition back to my lips and if the lipstick is applied right in the center and the lip liner is blended in, it gives a really nice gradient effect that takes away all the shock of how light it is. For something that's a little lower maintenance that I can just throw on, I like MAC's High Tea. It's a little on the sheer side so it shows through my natural lip color so it gives that nude look without looking dead and unnatural.

Mac's 'High Tea' would be good for a darker skinned girl, it's a lustre so it is glossy, but it's very neutral and warm and it's super pretty. If you want to lighten it up you could always layer it with a lighter Dazzleglass which will also make your lips looked more plump because of the high sparkle content and glossiness. Tanarama is also super neutral, but it's a frost and it's quite sheer so it won't make your lips look flat. :)

I would totally recommend paradise by maybelline and fleshtone by revlon. They're nude but they have a pinky undertone so it doesn't look like concealer LOL
