Does anyone know how to heal nails after you've taken off your acrylic?

Use a nail, and cuticle cream daily. Also, use a nail block while following it's instructions. :) Good luck!

Agree, use a cuticle oil or cream and nail strenghtener. Sally hansen's cuticle oil is amazing.

Use a cuticle oil daily, one with citrus in it is great. Also, you can try Sally Hansen's No More Breaks. It works wonders.

Biotin makes my nails grow very strong n long.

Rub coconut oil on them daily! It's a strengthener! I just took mine off!
