Palettes for eyeshadows, lipsticks, and blushes also makes for less stuff to carry around. Spatulas to scrap out product, mascara wands, and your business cards! Never forget to bring those you never know who you might network with (:

You definitely need all of those itmes listed above! Here are some things that i keep in my kit: Non-fragrant spf moisturizer, translucent powder, eyebrow gel, blotting paper, water spray bottle, foundation primers (for oily, dry, and normal skin), foundation setting spray, Q-tips, color correctors, scissors, cotton balls, oil mattifying gel, eyelash curlers, and gum/mints. I hope that this is helpful! Best wishes with your freelancing. :)

Depending on your collection of make up for your kit thus far, I would say get a great loose translucent powder so you can set everyone's make up for it.... rather than purchasing colored setting powders or pressed powders, etc... Then when you start making money you can put it back into your kit to buy specific shades. =)
Also, BH cosmetics or coastal scents offer really affordable palettes for e/s, concealer, lip gloss, etc... that are more affordable than purchasing a million shades from MAC on your own or something, for the time being.
Just make sure that your price you are charging reflects the products you are using.... A lot of people will feel weird to pay for someone who is doing their make up with Wet n Wild. Obviously, we know that Wet n Wild has some amazing eye shadows but you know people are funny about that.
Good luck girlie!! BTW, cute profile pic!! xox
