Palladio eye inkers in Navy Blue! is a dark navy blue color, but it pops out with navy blue eyeshadow!

if you need a budget friendly option, jesse's girl loose eye dust in blackstar blue is excellent!! also to get a really smoked out look, the milani liquif'eye pencils are really good too. verry soft and easy to blend : )
