Has anyone tried the new shampoo and conditioner from Loreal? More specifically, the total repair 5? I'm in desperate need of something to repair my hair and at least make it soft. My sister said it made her hair soft and I want to get more opinions on it.

Yes. I tried all of the products involved, it made my hair so try and crunchy! I suggest using ion vegan repair products instead.
