You're going to need some kind of small brush to apply it with. Any kind of small pointed or angled brush will do and you can just pick some of the liner up with that and apply it any way you'd like. Hope this helps!

You should use an eyeliner brush or small angle brush. if you have the elf one it comes with a brush! but its actually easier to me to do cream than liquid.

You can get a pointed eyeliner brush, or just go to the art supply store and find a fine pointed tipped brush to apply it. Just dip it into the product and apply it. I find it's so much easier to apply than pencil or liquid (for me anyways), but the key for me is the brush! Hope that helps!

you'll need a stiff, angled brush. i find the easiest way to apply it is using small strokes, like little dashes along your lashline, rather than trying to make one long smooth line which never ends up perfectly straight. it takes a lot of practice but you'll get the hang of it! :)

Try looking up a tutorial using cream/gel liners!! Cat eyes are the easiest with cream/gel liners
