Okay so obviously you're going to want to use waterproof makeup like mascara. I recommend cream eyeshadows since those tend to act waterproof. Also, a tinted lip balm is simple (for example baby lips) yet cute. As for hair, I would keep it simple since it will just be getting wet anyways.

Waterproof mascara, definitely. I would avoid putting it on your bottom lashes though. Maybe some waterproof concealer and blend it into your skin then apply pressed powder over it.
