So I want to buy a treadmill that is like a stepper that's inclined? it works like a treadmill but has two belts that goes up and down like a stepper. does anyone know how effective these are in weightloss and where to get one and I don't know what its called lol and its posted in this section cause its part of looking beautiful so its beauty. plus the health and wellness noone answers my posts on there :/

I think it's called the treadclimber. Try googling it now. I'm sure it's available everywhere. I just use my treadmill on an incline of 7 speed 4 n a 1400-1500 calorie diet. Dropped 10 pounds and I haven't deprived myself of anything. =]. Just walk 45 minutes a day 4-5 days a week. I don't bother calorie counting. Just have a general awareness of what you're eating.
