Castor oil is better! I just saw the thickness of my hair increase with mane n tail but with the castor oil I've seen it grow.

Noooo! If you're talking about serious Horse Shampoo. No. If you're talking about Mane & Tail, still no. lol. Main & Tail is used on Horses before shows and it won't make you're hair grow. Shinier, yes! omit makes the luster of your hair go up a lot. Do you have coarse hair? if not, "horse" shampoo can really damage your hair considering horse hair is extremley coarse. If you use something powerful enough to work on coarse hair it can end up damanging your hair.
