I use Pantene Pro-V shampoo for Fine Hair. It helps to create volume and body (my hair is thin and light, so nothing ever holds!) For damaged hair, I recommend using Pantene's Instant Nourishing Spray. It's absolutely fantastic. It helps to heal your damaged hair, and also helps to protect against future damage. Also, use a comb instead of a brush. It will give your hair more volume. Sooo much hair is pulled out from brushing - especially when it's wet, because it's more brittle then. Try using a deep conditioning for your hair at least once a week. And no more heat!!

I think Organix has THE BEST Shampoos/Conditioners ever! I'm pretty sure they're sulfate free and they have different ingridents that nourishes your hair in different ways. you can purchase them at Ulta!

I use shampoo every other day and it's called "honey I'm strong" and about once to every other week I use olive oil as a deep conditioner on my hair (great for repairing damage)!

I use j.are. liggett's shampoo bar, it's just lye and oils (like coconut, olive, castor, etc). so it has none of those icky chemicals like normal shampoo :) and it works so well. you don't need a conditioner with it, but I use coconut oil once a week.

Tresemme doesn't work for me, though:( it dries my scalp after awhile. My family and my friend has the same problem, but a lot of people like it. I'm wearing loreal hair fall remedy for now and it's good :)
