I want to take a bath because my muscles are really sore. I want to relax for a little bit, but I don't know what ingredients I can use to make my bath. I have sugar, eggs, honey, cinnamon. I also have baking soda, but I don't know if I could use that.

Oatmeal!! I used to put it in my baths and it makes your skin so soft!

And maybe natural aloe gel but it will probably make your bath very slippery!! :)

Baking soda is great in a bath. It softens the skins. I love putting lavender oil in the water as well. And after your bath, rubbing castor oil on your back or aching spots and covering with a heating pad eases sore muscles. The castor oil acts as a muscle relaxer and heat helps it to penetrate your muscles. It's amazing!

@Leanelle L. Yes! Purchase plain, unflavored oatmeal!! You don't want to bathe in sugar. Also, Epsom Salt is more specifically geared towards soar muscles & body pains. You cab purchase it in CVS or Walgreens.
