I agree with everyone but it would also help to switch shampoo and conditioner. I just switched to John Frieda full repair full body and I absolutely love it!

My favorite deep conditioner is beyond the zone last call deep conditioner. I buy mine at sally's beauty supply for $10 :) Also try a leave in conditioner I use got2b smooth operator leave in or pantene hair BB cream and they are both hydrating!
