To remove them you just have to cut them off then get regular trims to prevent them the best you can.

Cut them. And to prevent, I recommend limiting the use of hot tools such as a flat iron or a curling wand. Also, being very careful to not brush your hair roughly when wet specially. And, just managing and taking well care of your hair.

Tresemme came out with a new line that says you can get rid of 2 years of split ends in 2 weeks. I use it & I like it. I'm not sure if it really works I only been using it for like 2 days lol. Its a shampoo conditioner & a leave in cream. Smells really good.

You have to completely cut them off or they keep climbing up the hair shaft and become much worse. Trust me. I was too stubborn to do it and ended up having to cut off even more length than I wanted because of my stubbornness.

Trimming is the only way! Listen to Faith H. She speaks truth. The longer you wait the worse it gets.

Cut them off every 6 weeks and put some kind of oil in your hair after showering and once a week do an overnight oil treatment where you apply a big amount of oil through your hair, coconut and Argan oil is the best, try not to use to much heat in your hair, on the blow dryer use the cool setting rather then the hot setting and before using heat tools apply a heat protector in wet hair and then again in dry hair. Hope this helps
