I'm getting real tired of breaking out during my you-know-what. I have no idea how to prevent/stop it from getting so aggressive, do any of you have tips for it? It would be greatly appreciated! =) xoxo

i use queen helene's mint julep mask as short term relief, exercise to relieve stress because things seem more stressful than they should be during that time lol and ignore cravings for salty, greasy foods.. which can be hard. good luck!

If you have a white head forming get some (organic) tea tree oil and dab it on before bed. I swear, I did this the night before last and the pimple was still there of course -I'm not claiming this is magic, but the white head WAS GONE. <3

Try to resist those sugary cravings, your body is already under hormonal attack lol. I liked the above comment about working out to relieve stress as well :)
