My feet really hurts because yesterday I stood up and ran for work and there I have to use anti hurting shoes. What can I do to feel better? Today I have another day of work.

Do some stretches to keep the muscles from seizing up, and take an ibuprofen if it is safe for you to do so. Drink lots of water to stay hydrated, which can help relieve muscle cramps. Rubbing or massaging sore areas can increase blood flow and ease pain. If you injured your leg or ankle, treat it as a sprain and rest, use an ice pack, and elevate the injury. Hopefully the soreness will ease before your next shift. Feel better!
