Laser hair removal: is it worth it? Never had it done, what should I expect?

I haven't done it myself but some of my friends did and I researched it a lot!
so basically it reduces your hair growth to the a point they are very scarce but it doesn't completely remove them as elecrolysis for instance
you have a number of sessions, each is at least 1.5 months apart and you are only allowed to shave during treatment, no waxing or epilator
hope this helps :)

I think it is worth it, I am saving up to have it done, I'll start with underarms and bikini cause they're most annoying :)

My sister got it done and said it reduces the amount of hair that grows back. She barely needs to shave. She said the laser hurts a little in areas like your knees but overall it's fine. Check on groupon! There might be a deal in your area. She bought one for her legs for only $300 for six sessions.

Laser hair removal is such a an awesome invention. If the hair is dark and coarse you should see some pretty good results. definitely the best areas to do are the bikini area and underarms because on anyone the hair is usually dark and coarse. LHR can take anywhere from 6 all the way up to 12 treatments in order to see expected results. 6-8 wks between treatments so that you can follow the hair growth cycle, so usually when you first start out you find that you can be quite patchy! Also you want your skin to be at its natural lightest possible. Any trace of a tan, whether its a sunless tanner or from the sun or a bed can lead to permanent complications when doing LHR. I personally recommend my clients to start their treatments in the fall when there us much less sun. :)

Yeah its a good investment. İ am getting it done and it reduced the hair up to 90% now which I have hormone problems. İ dnt need to look for waxing or plucking every other day. İt use to take a lot of time of mine. İf you thinking about getting it done I think you sud go for it.

Take the light flash it's better than laser. And hurts less.
