I wanna die my hair purple red or blue but I'm not sure if I could pull it off? wht do you think maybe not so vivid I could do a tint. if you think its good what do I do to my eyebrows!!

I think red would suit you nicely. You would also look great blonde. And if you do dye your hair I suggest you leave your eyebrows alone. Dying them is risky and they look better their natural color.
