You should apply Organic Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Coconut Oil ASAP. This will soothe the delicate skin and hydrate it naturally. It can be found at any health food store. I would also phone my doctor right away and make them aware of your situation. Any time you introduce skin to retinoids, there is a risk of redness and drying..sometimes flaking. Some people are more prone to this than others. To minimize this in those with sensitive skin it should be slowly introduced with your application being minimal. Some doctors suggest using retinods every *other* day. Avoiding excessive sunlight and wearing an SPF with a minimum of 30 is imperative when using meds like this to protect the delicate flesh. Your doctor may want to see you again or recommend you go back to square one and begin again after your skin has recovered. Less is more with these sorts of meds. I hope you feel better. :(

Mix it with 2 parts moisturiser when you are applying it, and slowly alter the ratio over a few weeks! I had the same problem and it was so painful and hard to cover the redness. Your skin will adjust and it really helped clear my skin!

Differin made my skin have some sort of bad allergic reaction! Switch to aczone, it's amazing! It's lightweight and doesn't make your skin feel tight, and it's the perfect spot treatment!
