From what I can tell there are raised welts and scratches (from you itching?), with localized redness and itching. Is that correct? Are they spreading, or isolated? Did they start suddenly, or raise gradually? Have you used any new products or medications? Been outside with exposed legs?
They look like some kind of insect bite or sting, perhaps a spider bite... Mosquito bites generally don't get that large, though it is possible.
Wash the area with dish soap and apply hydrocortisone. How long ago did you take benadryl? It takes a while to kick in.
If it is spreading, it may be poison ivy/oak/sumac, or possibly shingles. If the over-the-counter medications don't ease the inflammation or new symptoms develop, see a doctor.

Oh goodness. It's just those two Emily, started suddenly, no new products. I'm not sure, I took it about 2 hours ago. Thanks for the help ladies, I can't go to the doctor because I am without insurance at the moment, my social security card is Ireland with my family until they can mail it to me, I'll try ice and washing them. Thanks again.

Ask your mom if she recently switched detergent. that's what happened to me. my mom switched to free&clear for my younger sister, and I broke out on my legs.

I'm not sure if you know Fenistil gel (affraid that probably not) it is anti itching for all kinds of bite. If it gets very bad you should use some tablets anti allergy (antihistamine)
