Summer makeup recommendations?

I am going to a wedding in Kentucky in 3 weeks, and it will be outside, and HOTTT!

Can anyone recommend any products that are smudge proof, super waterproof, or can keep away oil and shine? Skin care items also welcome!

I recommend using a good mattifying primer before applying a light foundation or bb cream, especially in your t-zone where your face will be the oiliest! A bb or CC cream would probably be best because it really will blend into your skin if you use a good one. Use a bit of setting powder and setting spray like Urban Decays "de slick" and your makeup shouldn't budge! if you use a blush or bronzer I'd use a cream rather than a powder because it will look more natural. & I'd stay away from heavy eye makeup and definitely use waterproof mascara!

Falsies mascara by maybelline. I went swimming AND took a shower and it didn't come off! also try a bb cream because it has SPF in it and it's not too heavy. a cream eyeshadow would work best.
