All a sudden I'm having trouble uploading my photos. Before it was simple, quick and easy. Is anyone having this problem? Why is it now soo difficult?

I am having that problem too!... only way i can upload a pic is by chaning my profile pic.

Hi ladies, did you enter a title and description on the photos you wanted to upload? If they're not listed it won't allow upload..

@Leticia, @Marla, and @Nicole I'm sorry you're having trouble uploading photos. We have identified the issue and are working on a fix right now for Internet Explorer and Opera users. Things should be back to normal for everyone by Monday. If you really need to upload pictures today or tomorrow, you can use Chrome, Safari, or Mozilla Firefox. Thanks for understanding and sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks Parker R. for responding and letting us know whats going on. It is now Monday and still no
uploads. Just wondering why before it was very simple and now it is difficult. Did you guys change something?

No problem, Leticia :) We re-wrote the photo uploader and launched it last week. There was an issue for users in both Internet Explorer (7+) and Opera, as well as an additional bug when selecting photos in Mozilla Firefox. We came up with a fix over the weekend and implemented it today. Hopefully now everyone can now take advantage of a more robust photo uploader. If you have any more issues or questions feel free to let one of us know and thanks for alerting us!

I was wondering the same thing but I'm an IE user as well so I think I'll log into Google Chrome to add my photos. I should have known it would be a web browser issue.

@Amoure go ahead and try it now with IE. It should work in both browsers, but I recommend using Google Chrome for an enhanced experience (multiple uploads at once). Please let us know if you are still having issues with it so we can get them resolved. Thanks!

@Karen Can you please describe the issue you're having when uploading pictures in more detail?
Some useful information would be: type of operating system (e.g. Windows, Mac, Linux), browser (Chrome/Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.), along with what happens when you try to upload pictures.
Also, are you trying to upload pictures from your phone or your computer?

Parker: I'm trying to upload them from my iphone I don't have a computer.. But it doesn't let me drag any pictures from any where.. I also tried copy-paste whitch usually works but didn't..

@Karen: Unfortunately right now uploading from any mobile device will not work, but we're working on adding that in the next version of our iPhone app, so please stay tuned.
In the meantime, photo uploading from Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc. should work as intended on your computer.
Let me know if you have any more questions.
