Ok, so no matter what I do, I cannot sem to get my polish to stick. I've tried the bonder that you put on before polish, I've tried a base followed by two thin layers of polish and topped with a clear coat even anti-chip. All I've had happen is my polish peels off in a sheet or chips immediately. Are my nails too greasy or something??

Make sure you're using good quality nail polish too.

Sometimes when the polish is too old it expires and doesn't dry.

Yeah I tried the remover and used brand new polish that was good quality and still no luck! I guess I'm destined to have ugly man hands forever!

Try wiping your nails with alcohol before you put anything on your nails. It removes any trace of oil on them.

Can you get your hands on CND Scrub Fresh? I'm not sure if its only sold in professional stores, but it's a ph balance cleanser for prepping your nails. Also, make sure your polish is too thick

So I have a ritual that ill share with you,its a bit much but I swear by it and so do the clients I still do. Perform a mini manicure, get and cuticle off your nail plate and file your nails. So as niki said scrubfresh is great I start with it,but you can use nail polish remover, its key to remove all the oil off the nail plate, I then use opi bond aid, once dry use the stickey base coat by creative, 2 coats of your preferred polish (I prefer opi or creative) then you must use seche vite top coat. Its crazy good. It will dry quickly and should stay a good week!! Hope this helps.good luck :)

Try wiping alcohol or vinegar before polishing.

I always do a light file on my nails all over to create a rough base for the polish to grip to... maybe try that?

Definitely agree with Leslie spending time on prepping the nail area and cuticle does wonders xx
