However, I've begun to tread the path to recovery finally, and I would like to have a little photoshoot so that I have updated pictures for my facebook page and youtube channel, and possibly photos to use to make edits that I can use to advertise my music.
My music is nothing fancy, and is very basic, simple acoustic guitar, and vocals. Every song is very personal because writing songs is my way of venting my emotions (which is why being so ill for 7 months was so upsetting) but I always combine the songs with elements from other things such as books I love, fandoms, and such. I enjoy making nerdy references that nobody notices. xD
All in all, I want to do a photoshoot, but I don't really know what I should do, so feel free to reply if you have any ideas you think would be cool!
I want to do somthing that will draw a persons attention if they see the photo on facebook or something. Perhaps an interesting look makeup/hair wise, or a unique photo style, angle, or setting. Does anyone have any ideas??
(Here is my facebook music page for referance)

And I added a recent photo of me to show my body type, and hair, as those can make or break a flattering photo. =]

An urban style photo shoot would be pretty.

I'm picturing a landscape of grass with the sun rising or setting with you facing the back. Also, you would be holding the top of the guitar which is next to you on the ground. You could also have a black and white picture of you sitting on a stool or chair with your legs crossed and holding a guitar you're looking down towards. One of those "singing in the moment" pictures. Sorry if this makes no sense to you, I'm not a great explainer! :)

I'd try to make it semi-professional so people will look at you and say "hey, she must know what she's doing."
