I love MAC studio fix plus powder foundation! also the milani powder foundation is similar, just not as good of a color selection. I'm interested in what others like too!

BB cremes generally have more of a dewy finish so while they won't make your skin oily per-say, they aren't the best if you're looking for a matte finish. If, however you are looking for a foundation that has skincare ingredients like a BB creme would, like Vanessa said, I'd recommend the Bareminerals Matte Foundation.
The Make Up For Ever Mat Velvet foundation is also nice as is the Make Up For Ever Face and Body Liquid Foundation which is light like a BB Creme or Tinted Moisturizer but has buildable coverage and is water-based if you have oily acne prone skin.
