I love my Sleek acid palette, some fabulous neon colors.
Sugarpill also makes some good neon colors, dollipop is a nice hot pink.

I love the Urban Decay Matte shadow in Electric! It's a super bright blue and it's really pigmented for a matte. Unfortunately these are not sold anymore :(

I would check out the Sleek Acid Palette(Though if you live in the US you will have to buy it off ebay) or Sugarpill's Eyeshadows. They have a truly NEON pink called Dollipop :)

Make Up For Ever #75!
It's an amazing, bright highlighter pink, vivid, retina burning shade. I LOVE it.

Yes I agree with elizabeth the Hot Pink from Make Up For Ever #175 is amazingg I love using this color for a fun bright look. I hope you get to try it out :)

When I think a cool neon type look, I think a bright lime green with a (dark?) purple in the outer v into the crease.
