I understand that you are just asking opinions, and just because you might get a lot of people saying a specific one doesn't mean you will go with this one, but I still have to say PLEASE make sure it is what you want. You said you are an indecisive person, and I completely understand that, but remember this is on your body for the rest of your life, be sure it is 100% what YOU want and where you it. Now, as for which one, it really seems like you dig the feather so I say a feather, placement wise, think about your future, what kind of job you want, can you have visible tattoos? If not then you should probably go with somewhere that it can easily be hidden. If you can, ask yourself do you want to always have it shown off or do you want to make sure you can hide it easily if needed? Then consider locations from there. Just please, be 100% sure it is what you want where you want.
