I have pretty heavily hooded eyes, maybe you can see in the pic? I have to shade above the crease for it to show or shadow disappears when my eyes are open.

So, I love the look of winged liner, but have a hard time with it smearing into the crease, etc. I suspect the problem is a combo of eye shape and greasy face! Tips?

I have have a great Kat Von D black tattoo liner as well as an ELF one that has good staying power, those are helpful. I recently started using a primer which seems to help, too.

Hi Sunny,Are you using a eye primer? It's always best to find the right eye shadow primer and make sure it's a primer and not a Base. You can achieve some great looks with hooded eyes,I also have hooded eyes. here are a couple of looks in the picture to help give you an idea.

How are you winging them? When you have hooded eyes you usually have to wing outwards. Check out Pixiwoo they have a video for your exact problem! Good Luck!

Yes Kat VonD makes a great eyeshadow primer and I love her tattoo liners... I too have oily hooded eyes, and her liners stay put and her primer keeps the shadows in place. Thanx for letting me share!
