I agree with rebecca! A skin care plan is essential, and make sure you remove it every night :) and also I feel that if you have a flawless face to work on any eye look, bold lip or anything your trying to create looks 100 x better!:)

Def agree with rebecca! But also remember it washes off, so have fun with it! Start small and build it up, its my rule with eyeshadow!

Use a business card with mascara. Put it behind your lashes and then you don't get it all around your eyes.

Invest in good primers...mostly for eyeshadow, but you can use it for foundation too if you where foundation

I agree w everyone about skin care being the key to great looking makeup. Estee Lauder has the best skin care products available, in my opinion. Maybe not the best makeup, but their skin care line just works so quickly and your skin and under-eyes look so much better compared with other brands. At least, that is the brand I'd suggest!

Also, gel eyeliner and an eyeliner brush have been so helpful in making eyeliner easy to use!
