O my goodness Julia , I've beeen there! Exept like 5 times worse.! I had little bumps on my forehead and the rest of my skin was fine. What helped me get the 3d bumpiness away was clinique 3 step skin care system. And was the ONLY product that worked. Now I just have little scars that go away day by day. I reccommeennd you try that. I used to have bumps under my skin as well and I took great care I my skin. Pinksofoxy on YouTube has a segment dedicated to her cystic acne treatment. I found that to be the case with me as well.

Mario badescu is the best stuff to use and not that expensive. A little goes a long way! I'm allergic to benzoyl peroxide. I have super sensitive skin.

Exfoliating and try witch hazel. It cleanses and helps shrink pores. Any cleanser with salicylic acid, too.
