I've heard that vaseline Can dry out your lips over time when frequently used is this true? If so what causes it?

Yup true, make up artist will usually tell you to stay away from it cos it only works as a barrier rather than a moisturiser.

I've normally always had dry lips. I'm on my like 5th Vaseline lip balm and absolutely love it!

If you exfoliate your lips while using it, it should be alright. It is more like a barrier though. That I can see.
