Are my lips too thin to wear lipstick?

I want to get a bold lipstick but I don't know if my lips are too thin or not. Saturday I'm wearing this sexy dress below and I'm going a brown/copper cut crease Smokey eye. So if my lips are ok for lip stick what would be a good bold lip color? Also I don't want lipstick that makes my lips look more wrinkled. P.S. are my bangs too long? should I trim them?

Of course you can wear bold lipstick :) a little black dress is a great outfit to accompany it. Colors to consider may be a red or plum? Find a color that will go with your skin tone. If you want to give the allusion of fuller lips, you could use a lip liner and fill in your lips a liiiittle bit past your natural lip. It'll still look natural and your lips will look fuller.

You can kiss him, but ill be honest most guys aren't enthused about the taste of lipstick lol. Wear it anyway!

You'd rock a nice bold lip color! My lips are thin, but I still do! And you can blot the color so that your boyfriend won't get all of your lipstick, but some ;P.

Lol as long as it doesn't get on him lol. usually just kiss him on the lips, not all open n Slippy haha. I plan on getting some at Walmart and I don't know what brand to go for. I don't want it to fade.

Put concealer on your lips or color your lips in with lip liner before you apply lipstick to help hide the wrinkle in your lips (also make sure they are well moisturized). you can make your lips appear fuller with a lip pencil also. Color you could do almost any color. Also, you should set it with powder, it will help with the spreading and coming off (won't avoid completely though). I don't know any good brands at walmart, but Urban Decay's stays on super well. And yes, you can still kiss with it, my Urban Decay would barely ever come off when I kissed (though with a lot of making out you will need to touch up), and Peter always loved it when I wore lipstick, and in a way would make him want me more. You are gorgeous, and I am excited for you and your new dress! <3.

Something to think about: when doing a smokey eye or other bold eye colors it's usually done with a nude or pastel lip color. Something mild so that you call more attention to the boldness of your eye make up. It's more dramatic that way. Good luck whatever you decide!
