This seems like the worst place to get acne, especially right now when summer is starting :/ so is there any miracle products or maybe DIYs that has worked to get rid of acne super fast?

I have the same problem and I think you can get these beauty pills at like target and it reduces acne and stuff , I have heard they work.. but everyone is different.

I think you have to use an oil free body wash, I know they sell them in French pharmacies. Hope it helps

Body wash with tea tree oil. Just saw some at Target and Walgreen's.

Keep your hair off your shoulders in the shower, or just in general, and when you get out put tea tree oil on. Also wash your shoulders with face wash!
