I heard bio oil and then you can try lemon juice I've never tried it cause my acne doesn't leave scars really I hope I kinda helped sorry if I didn't.

You can get African black soap at target, walgreens, amazon, eBay. It's at most drugstores. It works well with my acne and acne marks :)
