Definately foundation and blush to bring out your cheeks and in my opinion I love eyeliner so maybe some eyeliner to make your eyes pop and if you don't want to go to big just a light eyeshadow :) and hair volume volume volume:)

You are so pretty! My advice is that you can curl your hair with a straightener which is something I quite like to do, or invest in a curling iron. Curl your eyelashes as that will make you look more awake as well. And why not step out of your comfort zones for lip colours? Perhaps try a coral/red colour to be more exciting! Hope I helped! :)

Try dark brown eyeshadow, or winged eyeliner, and a bolder mauve or dark red lipstick. Your face makeup looks great, natural and healthy. Brows are great too. :) try wavy hair or cool braids!

I say keep your hair straight since its on the shorter side.Your brows are great, let them grow a bit thicker (less of an arch) for a really bold look. Use brown eyeliner on the outer half of your lids so your eyes look super open, and really define your lashes. Personally, I wouldn't go for a strong lip, and using a good highlighter can really make certain parts of your face really shine through.

A chi straightener will work prefect to curl your hair as well. ;) If your not sure how to do it they have it on youtube..

Because your such a cutie and aint used to exaggerate, I would say, lose the glasses and if you have contacts..use them, do a tall or high up pony tail, put on foundation so you have a flawless finish, define brows, mascara with volume and gloss on the lips... and if you want a little bit more..use color on your lips.  goodluck.
