You can use them but they won't work well, I would just buy a $1 elf brush.

You can use them but brushes will make blending eyeshadow a wholeeee lot easier. If you don't have the money for expensive brushes, look into ELF brushes. They're either $1 or $3 depending on the ones you buy. I have some & love em.

EcoTools is a great cheap brush line- you can find them at Rite Aid, CVS, Walmart, etc. Rite Aid also has some nice eye shadow brushes from their Renewal brush line. Elf is great too. You can sometimes find their stuff at the Dollar Tree/dollar stores or Target! I have mostly drugstore brushes so no worries! They get the job done :D.
