Sometime when you stressed nothing makes you feel better the only thing you think of doing is to drink then you can pass out and sleep. Do you also realized when you stressed then you start picking your face or biting your nails or pulling your hair? What I want you to do is pay a little of attention to yourself and see what is going on with you.
