Apply aloe vera to it it will help it heel faster and make some of the pain go away.

I think it needs to heal on its own but you can use aloe Vera to soothe it so it isn't so painful.

You can put aloe vera in an ice cube tray and freeze it, use the cubes to cool and soothe, also after sun lotion is good at nighttime to take the heat out of the burn

Aloe vera gel. You can find out at any drug store. And its your best defense against peeling.

Aloe Vera gel will definitely help. I recently got sunburned and did a little bit of research.. I found that you should apply water (I'm assuming in the shower or bath) a little bit colder than lukewarm before applying the gel.. They said to do that to "release the heat" trapped in the skin. And to not have the water too cold because the heat could stay beneath the skin due to the minimizing of your pores. Also always pat dry, stay moisturized, and drink plenty of water to aid to the damaged skin.

I also swear by this stuff too! I used this for my current sunburn instead of aloe vera gel and it TOTALLY kept my tan and I only feel a tiny bit of my forehead.
