Mix honey and brown sugar. Then massage your lils with it real well. My lips are left so soft and moisturized :)

I make my own by mixing together:
2 tblspns of vaseline
1 tblspn of honey
2 tblspns of sugar
And
1 tspn of cinnemon

So good! It makes your lips amazingly soft and smells good :)

Lush also makes a delicious lip scrub that comes in different flavours such as bubblegum, mint and popcorn - I've got bubblegum and it taste great and my lips feel so soft and smooth afterwards!

Sugar, olive oil, and lemon juice. A teaspoon of sugar, and teaspoon of olive oil, 2-3 Droids of lemon juice...soft, smooth, and tests like lemonade!
