I'd say drying it out with a product or even puttin a warm towl and popping. Those kinda have to be popped. I used to get them all the time, good luck.

Put toothpaste on it (that will make it come to a head and pop quicker), then put a hot towel on it.

Icing it won't help, you need heat to bring combustion to it.

You could try putting some peroxide (the stuff you put on cuts) to kill the bacteria in it and dry it out- put it on every night for about 3-4 nights! It works for me!! Hope that helps!

That looks worse than a normal spot. I'd put witch hazel or a strong acne treatment like clearasil on it and if it hasn't gone down in a couple of days then pop it and squeeze the gunk out. If it gets any worse or another one appears, go to the doctor.
