I find the best way to clean your brushes are to use olive oil and soap. mix the olive oil (not a lot) with disinfecting antibacterial soap (dawn) into a bowl. dip the brush in and rub in circular motions on your Palm till it is clear. then rinse it out always leaving the brush side facing down and rinse till the water is clear :)

Yeah sometimes like if my brushes are feeling a little rough, I use my conditioner and mix it with the olive oil and soap :) it works like a charm.

I use shampoo to wash mine it seems to work nicely.

Due to brushes being synthetic mild shampoo or peppermint soap with conditioner will work like a charm

I don't usr conditioner because I have synthetic brushes and I don't want to create excess build up of product rubbing on my face.
