I love NYC Liquid liner, it's so cheap and stays on forever! I start on the outside and draw my wing in :)

Make sure your lashes are out of the way when you apply it, a little bump from hitting it can turn your cat eye into a fat eye.

The L'Oreal Super Slim liquid eyeliner! Works wonders and I've had it for months and it hasn't dried out on me yet. I'm actually in love haha. I apply my liner BEFORE my mascara because I don't want my lashes getting in the way. Also, I do my application from the middle to the outside and then inside to middle. Also, if you're planning on having a thicker line, progressively get there! Don't put too much on at a time! Start from the middle and work your way over to the outer corner to do your wing. Use small strokes. I always do the wing in gel liner before hand, it's easier that way then go over with the liquid. Make sure your liner is thinnest in the under corner and thicker the closer to the wing you are. :)
