There's many ways! & styles , you can try wwith lowering the temperature on your hot tools or not leaving your hair to long. also you can do your hair at night and sleep with it and wake up in the morning & BAMM! Lol... just some tips maybe it'll help! (:

If you're talking about something like this, then I recommend a curling wand. :)
I use a one inch. Section your hair into about 4 sections, depending on how thick your hair is. Curl going one way :) Hairspray it.
Sleep on it.
When you wake up they'll be looser and soft and pretty. Here's me right now, did them last night :)

If you want something more voluminous like this, I recommend sponge curlers. Use mousse throughout your hair, section & apply rollers, sleep, wake up, and then take them out, flip your hair upside down and lightly hairspray and scrunch. :)

Use a large barrel curling iron with large sections of hair, wrap it loosely, hold for about 10 seconds. When the curls are cooled, comb them all together to create a soft look.

I use a straightener and curl away from my face for 2 strands of hair and then towards my face for one, so the curls don't intertwine together! I also do pretty big sections of hair, and then I hairspray, and flip my head over and shake my hair with my fingers!

Straightener then run your fingers through your hair.

Like this? I just have a one inch barrel and I curl them away from my face. Hold the curl for 10 seconds and go around your head. Once you're all done just run your fibers through your hair and shake your head. Then give a good spray. It's what I do.
