I have it only $10 a month n yes you can cancel anytime. I signed up for it and was on the waiting list maybe 2 weeks max. Not sure what drives the waiting list. My bag should get it soon. They sent my my tracking number.

Once a month. they bill you $10 on the 1st of everything month. I'm waiting on my first bag, I'm so excited! I do like the fact you can cancel at anytime, too.

"Is it worth it?" The answer is based on your expectations and likes. Ipsy does send out full size products as well as deluxe size samples however the brands vary each month from drugstore brands to prestige brands within everything in between. Some people love the products sent from new companies or "unknown" companies while others hate it.
Example, in August Ipsy sent out a lip balm from NOYA. NOYA also has been sent out by Birchbox. They are an independent company that offers four types of lip balms all made with natural ingredients (not vegan but is Kosher). People were furious that Ipsy was sending out a "Chapstick" type of product when some people were to get a sample of Urban Decay's new Revolution lipstick. Then there were those who didn't LIKE the UD sample because only a red and hot pink (69 & Anarchy) were sent out. Can't please everyone.
This month everyone is getting:
One of 20 NYX single eyeshadows
Elizabeth Mott mascara, deluxe sample size
From there the remaining three items will be one of these items:
John Frieda Full Repair products (confirmed)
Different types of masks:
Freeman Beauty paper masks (confirmed)
skyn ICELAND Hydro Cool Firming Eye Gels (confirmed)
Three different liners - a twist up pencil, a kohl pencil and a marker.
Victoria Jackson brow pencil (confirmed)
Starlooks Kohl eye liner (confirmed)
Jesse's Girl Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner in Black (confirmed)
J.Cat Cosmetics lipstick in HoneyCrisp (confirmed)
Butter London nail polish (confirmed)
Chella Ivory Lace Highlighter Pencil (confirmed)
Pop Beauty Lip Crayon (confirmed)
Cailyn Cosmetics Tinted Lip Balm (confirmed)
So again some people are angry that a "cheap lipstick" from J.Cat is being sent to some subscribers while others will get the more expensive Cailyn lip balm.
Birchbox on comparison actually sent out 51 box variations with some items being foil samples which people hate. So again, it all depends on your expectations and likes. If you'd like to see past box contents for Ipsy I have those up on my blog.
