If you feel like you are showing too much skin, then you are showing too much skin. If you aren't 100% comfortable with that before you even go anywhere, you will feel even more uncomfortable once you are out. :)

Depends. Are those shorts or a skirt? If its shorts than yes it looks very chic. If that's a short skirt than yeah it's too much.
