Fine hair issues

I've got a massive issue with my hair. I have fine hair but I have a lot of it (if that makes sense) and styling it is an impossible task unless I use a whole can of hairspray. And if I leave it, it's just poker straight and flat to my head which I hate.
Is there products that could just thicken it or just help a little bit?
