Let the sit about 10 to 20 seconds so the glue gets a little "sticky" use tweezers, apply as close as you can to lash starting in the middle first then moving out... =)

We have some great tips and tricks here: http://www.beautylish.com/a/vcjwi/applying-false-lashes

Most important step is applying the glue on properly. Here's a really helpful blog post to explain what I mean: http://blog.falseeyelashessite.com/all-about-adhesives-part-i-how-to-properly-apply-false-eyelash-glue/
Trust me, if you get this first critical step right, everything else will be better.

One thing that really helped me learn how to put on lashes is using a lash applicator. I got this one (http://www.sallybeauty.com/eyelash-applicator/SBS-240064,default,pd.html?cgid=Cosm02-05) by Ardell from Sally's and now it's sooooo much easier for me to put my lashes on correctly. Hope that helps!
