Concealer on your under eye area will actually help to make your look pop. Most ppl think its the colors or the application which is important. But with a naked under eye it drags the look down

Blending and concealer. Patricia makes a good point about having a good concealer. Your eyelashes are really nicely curled, I think a little more separation between individual lashes would look better. Maybe use a mascara with a different brush to create more volume and separation.
