I'm not sure I know what you mean. just sounds like you have dry skin or maybe atopic dermatitis, or eczema which is very common where I am from. it comes in all shapes and sizes and with different stages and cases from mild to very severe. if your worried seek a doctor. this aint no place to take medical advice.

You need to stop waxing and threading that area your hyper- sensitive not everyone can tolerate it and it sounds like you have inflammation in that area let the area calm down use aloe and argan oil or olive oil for a moisturizer let the hairs come back and try applying a little bit of hydrcortisone cream to the area to calm the irritation do not use it on a regular basis thou.then try using a facial hair remover like serious skin care laser hair removal instead of waxing or threading but wait atleast a month before doing that.

Sounds like the area is infected and the waxing has only made it worse. Anything greenish on ones face can't be good

The greenish hue happens to a lot of people its the ungrown hairs under the skin casting a greenish shadow it usually only shows on fair skin people.
